A little sunshine in every slice. Our Lemon Basque Cheesecake is a refreshing take on the classic, bringing together the richness of cheesecake with the bright, zesty flavour of fresh lemons.
Made with freshly grated lemon zest and a delicate touch of vanilla, the cheesecake is full of natural citrus aroma, with a subtle hint of vanilla adding warmth and depth. No artificial lemon flavouring — just the natural fragrance of real lemons.
Our signature ultra-smooth, melt-in-your-mouth centre is wrapped in a beautifully caramelised exterior and finished with a light, silky lemon cream made with real lemon juice. The refreshing tang of the cream perfectly balances the richness of the cheesecake, bringing a lovely contrast to every bite.
