These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Yururi Bakehouse at yururibakehouse.com.au. We make cakes to order and offer scheduled collection and personally arranged delivery in selected Sydney locations. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

About us and Shopify

Yururi Bakehouse operates this online store in New South Wales, Australia. Yururi Bakehouse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online store to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Yururi Bakehouse. By using the store, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Yururi Bakehouse, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Yururi Bakehouse, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit any rights you have against Yururi Bakehouse under Australian Consumer Law.

Orders and acceptance

Please check your product choice, size, requested handover date, contact details and delivery address before placing an order. Placing an order is a request to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm it. Payment at checkout does not guarantee that a requested date or delivery window is available.

We may contact you if we need to clarify your order or cannot meet your requested arrangements. If we cannot accept or fulfil a paid order, we will offer an agreed alternative or refund the payment. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Any applicable taxes are included or displayed at checkout as required. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before payment. The total shown at checkout is the amount payable for the order. We may change future prices and offers, but a price change will not alter an already accepted order unless we agree with you.

Cakes, allergens and storage

Our Basque cheesecakes contain milk and egg. Other ingredients and allergens vary by flavour, including ingredients used in toppings or compound ingredients. Our kitchen also handles and stores other allergens. Please check the information for the particular product and contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary requirement. Tell us about any allergy in direct correspondence so we can discuss the ingredients and whether we can safely fulfil the order. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

Our cakes are perishable. Refrigerate your cake promptly at 5°C or below and follow the storage and date instructions supplied with it. Product photographs are illustrative; small differences in appearance are normal for handmade cakes and do not affect your consumer rights.

Collection and local delivery

We offer complimentary scheduled collection at selected Sydney meeting locations and personally deliver to eligible Sydney metropolitan addresses. Collection is not available at our production address. Available locations, windows, delivery fees and handover arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy: https://yururibakehouse.com.au/policies/shipping-policy. The arrangements confirmed for your order will apply.

Please contact us promptly if you expect to miss a collection or cannot receive a delivery. We will discuss the practical options. Any additional delivery or rearrangement fee will be explained and agreed before it applies. Nothing in this section affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Problems with an order and consumer rights

Goods and services sold to consumers come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any remedy you are entitled to receive.

Using our website

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person’s account, provide false order details or copy our photographs, text, branding or other content for commercial use without permission.
