Our Dark Chocolate Burst Basque Cheesecake is made with a generous amount of 70% dark chocolate, creating a deep, luxurious chocolate flavour that is rich without being overly sweet.
It’s all about the texture — an exceptionally smooth, melt-in-your-mouth centre, finished with a silky layer of dark chocolate ganache for an extra touch of indulgence.
A subtle hint of rum brings warmth and aroma, adding another layer of complexity to the dark chocolate without overpowering it.
Rich, smooth and intensely chocolatey, with just the right balance of bitterness and sweetness. Enjoy it straight from the fridge, ideally with a cup of coffee.
